Are shipping costs charged?
 
No shipping costs will be charged for all countries in the EU.

How can I pay securely?

We work together with our payment provider Buckaroo. This way you can pay securely on our website with Ideal, BanContant and Credit Card.


What does Pre Order mean?
 
A pre-order is an order for an item that is not yet available (or is currently out of stock)

The item I would like is sold out. Will this be back in stock?

We sell our All Year Collection of polo shirts, t-shirts and hoodies throughout the year, should an item from this collection be sold out. We will keep you informed via Instagram and the newsletter.
 
Can I reserve an item?

Unfortunately it is not possible to reserve items. We try to help our customers as best as possible, so we advise you to keep a close eye on the Instagram page and the newsletter.
 
If an item is out of stock, can I pre-order it?
 
If an item is out of stock, we try to get it back in stock as soon as possible. You can pre-order for sure. Send an email to customerservice@classyfrank.com and state which item it concerns and which color and size. If a pre-order is not possible, we will also mention this.

How can I order?

You have found an item in the webshop that really suits your style. Really fun! Now select the size you want and click on add to cart. This item is now in your shopping cart. You can continue shopping on the site or see more nice items. To pay, click on the shopping cart icon. Then click on checkout and you can complete your order.

Do you reserve the items in my shopping cart for me?

 
We do NOT reserve your items in your shopping cart while shopping.
