RETURN CONDITIONS
When a product doesn’t match the required conditions, unfortunately we can’t accept it back
- Sales items must be returned within 14 days
- Costs of returning are at our expense
- Your order must be returned in the original package, with original labels etc.
- The product may not be worn, washed, altered or damaged. The labels must be on the product
- Watch out with make-up!: Products with make-up stains cannot be returned
- Orders outside the 30 day period cannot be returned
- We give no laundry guarantee. Problems started with the laundry are on own responsibility
